Our delivery pricing is as follows;
We offer a quick efficient delivery service. Most orders will be dispatched the same day if placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday).
Most orders are dispatched from stock and you will usually receive your order within 1 – 4 working days.
Please note that for all of our deliveries, the recipient will be required to sign for them.
If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please advise us by email or telephone.
If the goods you have ordered are not in stock we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date by email or telephone. You will of course have the option to change the style or cancel the order. If we cannot meet your requirements we will happily refund and cancel your order.
We want you to be delighted with your new purchase, so our jewellery comes with 10 day money back guarantee. Simply return any unwanted, unworn items purchased online from Silver Beach within 10 days of the order being delivered for a refund or an exchange.
Jewellery must be returned as you receive it, unworn and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
All of our jewellery is manufactured to the highest standards. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange or full refund. Items that we feel have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect you statutory rights.
