Payment can be made in Pounds Sterling only through our website using World Pay, alternatively, you can pay over the phone with most major debit and credit cards by calling us on 01843 579997.
Goods are sold subject to availability, we will do our very best to ensure that all items displayed on our site are available for dispatch within 1 – 4 working days. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods that you have ordered within this time frame, we will inform you as soon as possible and if you have already paid for the goods, we will give you a full refund.
We will make every effort to ensure that the pricing of goods on our website are correct. However genuine mistakes can occur and in event that we discover a pricing error on goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and will give you the option to re confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, you will be refunded any monies paid. In the event that we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Prices stated on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%, but exclude delivery charges where applicable. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale at any time.
We deliver to UK addresses only and delivery is free on all orders over £20. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
We make every effort to deliver goods within a reasonable timescale, but we take no responsibility for delivery delays or goods not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.
Risk for loss and damage to the goods becomes your responsibility on the date that the goods are delivered to you.
